Nokia has announced new x series music centric mobile known as X5-01 in june 2010. The squarish slider mobile is designed for those youngsters who unable to afford touchscreen smart phone. QWERTY keyboard is similar as nokia E series business handsets. The X5-01 slide-out QWERTY keyboard mobile comes with 2592 x 1944 pixels, LED flash 5mp camera, which gives good quality of pictures and videos. TFT, 256K colors, 2.36 inch screen bearing a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.The 2G network support GSM such as 850/ 900/ 1800/ 1900 and 3G network supports HSDPA 900/ 1900/ 2100. X5-01 mobile has an internal memory of 200 MB and 128 MB RAM, Practically unlimited entries and fields, Photocall and microSD card slot up to 32GB in an external memory.
Nokia X5-01 Price in India is around Rs.9,500.

SMS, MMS, Email, Push Email, IM functions are easy to operate in message service. The phone offers easy access to major social networking sites like Facebook, my space, HI5 and Twitter.
X5-01 mobile comes in Pink, Azure, Graphite Black, Yellow Green, Purple colors. The battery backup is upto 384h in stand by mode, and up to 4h contineous talk time.

Hi All,
My personal advice is, do not buy this Nokia X5-01 model, I purchased this model on Nov 4th, 2010, after a week while talking on phone, it was crashed and no Power On after that. I took the device to Nokia Care, they could not fix it, so they have sent it to Nokia factory, they also couldn’t fix the problem and they have replaced with new device same model. After a week the second device also crashed while accessing facebook website. So again I took to Nokia care, after two weeks of struggle they come back and said they couldn’t fix the problem hence they will be issuing a new device same model, I have a taken the new device today and I don’t know when this device will go crash. So please do not buy this model Nokia X5-01.
